Living with Hashimoto\u2019s thyroiditis, I suffered for years from signs linked to an underactive thyroid: fatigue, difficulty concentrating, memory problems, hearing loss, weight gain, widespread pain and infertility, despite appropriate thyroid hormone replacement treatment.<\/p>

I was unwell; I felt that my body and mind were \u201cunderperforming\u201d and I did not know what to do.<\/p>

How I regained control of my body

I found a solution by gradually putting in place, after extensive research and meetings with many practitioners, a tailored programme alongside my medical treatment with thyroid hormones, combining a few simple lifestyle rules and the use of food supplements. I came back to life. I regained control of my body and mind and recovered my full potential. I wanted to share my discoveries and help others in my situation.<\/p>
